Looking for the name of a bird who was seen at Disney’s animal Kingdom. It has an orange head with black tiger stripes on its bright orange neck (more specifically its wing coverts) Yellow short beak, the head has whispy light orange yellow hair. Yellow eyes. Orange breast.

The bird looked full grown due to the size, however when I put the picture on my computer, I noticed that the feathers around the face & neck were still fuzzy, indicating a young bird. The legs were thick & white. The wing & tail feathers were long with many variations of color, It looked like a young hawk possibly but I Live in a well developed residential area.
