This bird originating from madagascar turns full red during the hot summer season thenturns to a dull yellowish grey when the cool season comes in.
Removing bird-netting from a Red-bellied Black Snake
A small Red-bellied Black Snake (Pseudechis porphyriacus) has been caught up in bird-netting which was protecting fruit trees. The property owners have contacted Wildcare in Queanbeyan, NSW, Australia to arrange for the snake to be released. The video shows the procedure of cutting away the bird-netting. The snake will be looked after over late autumn and winter.

Three families of this bird are living in my front yard trees. Can you help me identify the kind of bird? Neighbors says cranes or herons. Update!!! There was just another Nuthatch sitting right in front of me, and I do not believe this. Turns out, the Nuthatch, like many other birds, has more than one voice.
